Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Instructor Jessica: Completed a comprehensive training and certification process and was given the tools to prepare you to rock your classes with an extensive dance-fitness experience.
Stretch and Strengthen
Stretch and Strengthen is a class that uses body weight to perform exercises that target your full body. Along with strength training we will be incorporating cardio into the class as well. The 45 minute class is packed with core exercises and is fitting for all fitness levels!
Instructor Maryellen: Certified by ACE fitness. She is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and she is also certified in sports training. The numerous fitness classes she attends help her to construct a class that benefits all fitness levels, from beginner to advance.
If you prefer a more one-on-one approach, sign up for personal training sessions. We will work towards your goals and set up a program designed just for you. You can even do personal training with a small group of 2-4 participants.
